What image formats does Puzzlify support?
We accept JPG images. The image must be at least 500x500 pixels and at most 10 MB. The higher the resolution, the better the piece quality.
How many pieces can my puzzle have?
You can pick between 49 and 196 pieces. The app automatically computes the best layout based on the format you choose (square, horizontal, or vertical).
Can I play the puzzle on mobile?
Yes. Puzzlify works on any modern browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. On mobile you drag pieces with your finger. We recommend tablet or desktop for high piece counts (more screen comfort).
Are my photos used to train AI or for anything else?
No. The images you upload are only used to generate and serve your puzzle. We never use them to train AI, never share with third parties, and you can delete them at any time. If you delete your account, all images are permanently removed.
How do I share a puzzle with friends?
Sharing puzzles is a Premium-only feature. As a Premium user, every puzzle you create can generate a unique shareable URL — send the link via WhatsApp, email, or however you prefer; anyone with the link can play and appear on the puzzle's best-time leaderboard. On the Free plan, personal puzzles are private (only you can play them).
Does Puzzlify have real-time multiplayer?
Not in the sense of two people solving the same puzzle simultaneously. What it does have: anyone with your URL plays their own instance and everyone competes for the best time on a shared leaderboard. It's an asynchronous social experience.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Puzzlify runs entirely in the browser. No app to download or update. All you need is internet.
